Warranty Policy

Warranty support is designed for genuine manufacturing defects and product confidence.

Coverage

Eligible products carry warranty support against manufacturing defects as per product category and invoice details.

Invoice/order number, product photos/video, and issue description may be required for warranty evaluation.

Improper installation, hard-water damage, chemical cleaning, misuse, physical breakage, and normal wear are not covered.

Depending on inspection, Sacroz may offer repair support, replacement, part support, or guidance.

Professional installation is recommended for faucets, showers, sinks, drains, toilet fittings, and bathroom fixtures.
